Moderation is a process for developing consistency or comparability of assessment judgements and applies in a range of assessment contexts. Moderation meetings develop communication architectures for interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary exchange. Our systemic moderation and facilitation of processes provides the co-operation within multidisciplinary teams through following methods: systemic coaching, diversity management, large group intervention, systemic structure constellations, individual and group supervision.
